All attending Troupes are expected to participate in State by contributing either a One Act or a Workshop (or both!).
Workshops can be on a variety of topics and can be taught by Troupe Directors, advanced-level students, or guest artists (courtesy of the providing Troupe).
These workshops compliment a broad array of workshop topics and opportunities provided by guest artists arranged through the State Board organizing committees.
Workshops can be 40 minutes or 80 minutes in length. You should plan to provide all needed materials. As a part of State registration, you can propose one or two workshops and outline space needs (workshop space is typically a classroom-size meeting room at a conference center).
Workshops are scheduled opposite one-act presentations in two double-sessions, typically Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
